We currently ship orders to:

  • United Arab Emirates (UAE)

We do not offer international shipping outside these two regions at this time.


2. Free Shipping

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the UK and UAE — no minimum spend required.
There are no hidden fees or additional charges at checkout.


3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
  • During holidays, sales, or peak seasons, order processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always notify you if delays occur.

United Kingdom:

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days

United Arab Emirates:

  • Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on courier services, local holidays, or customs checks (for UAE-bound shipments).


5. Tracking Your Order

After dispatch, you will receive an email with your tracking number and courier link so you can monitor your shipment.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your parcel, please check with neighbors, building reception, or your local courier office before contacting us.


6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.
We cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Parcels

If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact our support team.
We’ll coordinate with the courier to locate your package.
If your parcel is officially declared lost or arrives damaged, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund according to our Refund & Return Policy.


8. Split Deliveries

In some cases, we may ship your order in multiple parcels to ensure faster delivery.
Each shipment will have its own tracking number.


9. Customs and Duties (UAE Orders Only)

For UAE deliveries, all applicable import taxes and duties are included in your order total.
You won’t need to pay anything extra upon delivery.
