1. Returns Eligibility
You can return most new, unopened, and unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided that:
- The item is returned in its original packaging and condition (unused, undamaged, with all accessories, manuals, and tags).
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is included.
- The product is not a non-returnable item (see below).
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect on arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can assist promptly.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, or licensing reasons, the following products cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty:
- Earphones, headphones, and wearable gadgets (e.g., smartwatches, fitness bands) once unsealed or used
- Software or digital downloads
- Personal care or health-related electronics
- Gift cards and promotional items
3. Return Process
To start a return, please email our support team at support@gadgetsbuzz.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- A short reason for return
- Photos or videos (if the item is damaged or faulty)
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions, including the return address and shipping guidelines.
Please note:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service for your protection.
4. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
- If you haven’t received your refund within 14 days of approval, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us again.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or a defective item.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different model, color, or size, please contact us within 14 days.
We’ll process the exchange once your original item is returned and inspected.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request clear photos or videos to assess the issue and arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Once an order has been dispatched, it must be returned according to the policy above.
